🌊 New build garden… but make it feel like home. 🌿 This one was a proper transformation. Starting with the typical new-build garden — patchy lawn, bare ground and a blank canvas — we’ve turned it into a clean, modern outdoor space that actually feels like an extension of the home. ▪️ 600 × 900 Castle Grey porcelain paving ▪️ Freshly laid real turf 🌱 ▪️ New paths and access around the garden ▪️ Gravel detailing around the garden room ▪️ Clean, low-maintenance layout designed to make the most of the space The fencing and garden room were already in place — our job was to bring everything together and turn the surrounding space into a garden worth spending time in. From new-build blank canvas → finished outdoor space. And I think we can all agree… the new lawn has absolutely stolen the show. 😂 Another transformation by Old Leigh Garden Co. 📍 Essex 📩 DM us to discuss your garden project. #OldLeighGardenCo #EssexLandscaper #EssexLandscaping #NewBuildGarden #leighonsea

🌊 Bring your son to work day 👷‍♂️🌿 Took the apprentice to work today… 8 years old. No experience. No qualifications. Still managed to have a better day than me. 😂 Started with a McDonald’s breakfast ☕️🍳 Had a quick go on the customer’s climbing frame 🛝 Put in some serious bottle-flip training 🍾 And occasionally stopped to make sure I was doing enough work. 🤣 All in all, a pretty successful day on site. I’m just hoping his salary expectations don’t get too high before Monday. 😂 Future Old Leigh Garden Co. employee? I’m not sure… but he’s definitely enjoying the perks. #BringYourSonToWorkDay #DadLife #FutureApprentice #FamilyBusiness #Landscaping

🌊WE’RE LIVE The new Old Leigh Garden Co. website is officially here. When I started OLGCO, the aim was never just to build gardens. I wanted to build a brand that felt a little different — one that puts as much thought into the details as we do into the finished garden. And this feels like another step towards that. A big thank you as well to @egmassistants , who helped design and build the website and bring the vision to life. Their work has been a huge part of turning this into something we’re really proud of. You can now explore our services, browse recent projects, learn more about Old Leigh Garden Co. and get in touch about your own project — all in one place. Have a look around, tell us what you think and, if your garden is next on the list… You know where to find us. 👀 🌿 Website now live — link in bio. OLD LEIGH GARDEN CO. Crafted Coastal Landscapes

🌊 Origin story Old Leigh Garden Co. is more than just a business name—it’s a reflection of where we come from and what we stand for. Born and built in the heart of Old Leigh, our name pays tribute to one of Essex’s most historic fishing villages, a place known for its craftsmanship, hard work, and strong sense of community. For centuries, Old Leigh has been shaped by skilled hands and honest graft, values that continue to inspire everything we do today. We chose “Old Leigh” because we wanted our business to represent more than landscaping. We wanted it to represent pride in our local area, attention to detail, and creating outdoor spaces that stand the test of time. Every garden we build carries a little piece of that heritage—combining traditional workmanship with modern design to create spaces that families can enjoy for years to come. Old Leigh Garden Co. isn’t just where we’re based. It’s who we are. #oldleighgardenco #leighonsea #essexlandscaper #heritage

🎉 ONE YEAR OF OLD LEIGH GARDEN CO. 🎉 A year ago I took a leap and started Old Leigh Garden Co with one goal: to build something I could be proud of. Twelve months later, we’ve transformed some incredible gardens, met amazing people, and built a business that’s growing because of your support. From day one, my aim has never been to be just another landscaping company. I’m building something different with OLGCO—a business that’s built on quality, trust, attention to detail, and gardens that people genuinely love spending time in. To every client who’s trusted me, recommended me, shared my work, or simply followed the journey… thank you. Every bit of support has helped me get to this milestone. I’m only just getting started. Here’s to pushing the standard even higher, creating more beautiful outdoor spaces, and making Year Two even better than the first. Cheers to Year One. Bring on Year Two. 🥂🌿 P.s - Should I get my teeth done? ChatGPT pulled a madness #OldLeighGardenCo #OLGCO #OneYearInBusiness #Landscaping #GardenDesign GardenTransformation

🌊 From overgrown to timeless. 🌿 This project was all about working with the property, not against it. We transformed an overgrown garden into a space that feels like it’s always belonged here, using: ▫️ Mint Fossil Indian sandstone pathways with reclaimed brick edging ▫️ A handcrafted pergola ▫️ Raised brick planting beds ▫️ A new shed and storage area ▫️ Complete with a plinth to showcase Hebe 🏺 The result? A garden that looks beautiful today and will only get better as the planting matures. Sometimes the best transformations aren’t the loudest - they’re the ones that feel completely at home. 📍Essex 📩 Taking bookings for late 2026 #oldleighgardenco #GardenTransformation #Landscaping #GardenDesign #countrygarden

🌊 I’m not a landscape designer… I’m more of a “that’ll probably look decent” designer. 😂 I’ll never pretend to be creating award-winning Chelsea Flower Show masterpieces, but if you’re struggling to picture your new garden, I can put together a simple design to help bring your ideas to life. It’s not about producing fancy blueprints—it’s about helping you see what your space could become before we start digging. Turns out, “just trust me” isn’t quite as convincing as a drawing. 🤷‍♂️ Thinking about transforming your garden? Drop me a message and let’s see what we can come up with 🤙🏼 #oldleighgardenco #essexlandscaper #landscapedesigner #leighonsea #sketchup3d
